Easy Sausage and Potato Pot Bake

A quick and easy dish — even a child can handle it! I really like to bake meat in pots. This time there was no meat on hand, but there were sausages. It turned out quite satisfying, and most importantly — quickly.

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water 450 ml
Potato 5 pc
Sour cream (fat from 25%) 50 g
Carrot 1 pc
Dill to taste
Sausages 5 pc

Prepare the ingredients. Wash and peel the potatoes and carrots. Remove film from sausages.

Cut the sausages into slices.

Cut the carrots into semicircles.

Cut the potatoes into cubes.

Combine vegetables and sausages, add salt and pepper and mix.

Divide the mixture into pots, pour 150 ml of hot water into each pot.

Spread sour cream on top. Cover the pots with lids and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40-50 minutes. Wash the greens, dry them, chop them finely and sprinkle them over the finished potatoes and sausages.
