Prepare the necessary ingredients. You will need 2-4 potato tubers, chicken fillet, bell pepper and medium-sized onions.

Rinse the chicken fillet well under running cool water. Dry with paper towels. Remove films. Cut into slices and then into medium-sized pieces, not too small.

Transfer the chopped chicken to a bowl. Pour in soy sauce. Do not add salt as the sauce is already salty enough on its own. Leave the meat to marinate at room temperature (about 15-20 minutes). At this time, start preparing the potatoes.

Wash the potatoes. Peel it and cut into slices.

You can boil the potatoes until half cooked (about 5 minutes after boiling). The cooking time can be varied (reduced or increased), it all depends on the type of potatoes you use. Drain the water and cool the potatoes. Now salt and pepper it to taste.
