Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Milk 0.25 cup
Potato 4 pc
Sour cream 2 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Processed cheese 100 g

Prepare the ingredients according to the list.

Peel the potatoes, rinse well and cut medium-sized tubers into quarters. If they are very large, then cut more. Place in any form and cook until half cooked — in a microwave-safe dish — in the microwave, or as usual in a pan on the stove.

Prepare the filling: mix sour cream, milk, salt and spices. Add the chicken egg and mix everything well.

Grate any cheese on a coarse grater. This time I took the melted one.

Add a little sunflower oil to the baking dish, salt the potatoes and stir.

Pour the prepared filling over the potatoes.

Place grated cheese on top. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about half an hour until the potatoes are soft.
