Potato 600 g
Hard cheese 200 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Pork 400 g
Paprika (I replaced it with pork spices) to taste
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

How to bake potatoes in layers with meat in the oven? Prepare your ingredients. In addition to pork, you can use any meat or poultry. Cheese can also be any type — hard, semi-hard or soft.

Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into thin circles.

Wash the meat, cut out all the films and tendons. Cut into thin slices.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and spread some of the potatoes in a thin layer.

Lightly sprinkle the potatoes with paprika, pepper, salt and brush with mayonnaise.
