Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
The dish is prepared very simply, it turns out nourishing and tasty. You can use any potato. If you take new potatoes, just wash them and cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size. If you take old potatoes, you need to peel and cut them. Pork ribs should be selected with a minimum amount of fat; you can also use beef ribs, but then the cooking time will need to be increased.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the potatoes, cut into arbitrary pieces. Wash the pork ribs, dry and cut into portions. Cut the garlic into slices. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl, add salt, ground black pepper and mix well.

Step 3

Step 3
Place all the ingredients in a baking sleeve, tie the sleeve or close it with clips, make several punctures on top to allow steam to escape. Place the sleeve in a heat-resistant form and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1 — 1.5 hours, depending on your oven. Place the finished potatoes with pork ribs on a dish and serve; if desired, you can sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
