Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter 1 tsp
Potato (boiled) 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Champignon (boiled) 200 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Greenery to taste
Parmesan (can be replaced with any cheese) 50 g
Chicken eggs 5 pc
Boiled sausage 100 g
Green pea (canned) 5 tbsp
Salo 50 g

Recipe instructions

Cut the lard into slices and fry until golden brown. Add sausage cubes, onion half rings and mushroom slices to the melted bacon. Fry for 5 minutes.

Then add cubes of boiled potatoes, peas and separately fried bell peppers to the pan. Salt, pepper and heat slightly.

Pour the beaten eggs into another frying pan with melted butter. Place the prepared mixture of vegetables on them.

Sprinkle everything with grated cheese, chopped herbs and bake in a preheated oven (180 degrees) until cooked, for 10 minutes.
