Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Onion 40 g
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Water 0.5 cup
Potato 300 g
Bay leaf (Small) 1 pc
Carrot 70 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Liver 200 g

How to make liver with potatoes in a frying pan? Peel the onions. Wash and peel the carrots. Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Heat sunflower oil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium and fry carrots and onions until soft for five minutes.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into fairly large cubes. It should stand out noticeably in the finished dish.

Place the potatoes in a saucepan with the carrots and onions and cover with water. The water should completely cover the potatoes. Simmer the vegetables under a closed lid over low heat for twenty minutes, stirring occasionally. The potatoes should become soft.

Wash the liver and free it from films and bile ducts. I chose beef liver. Cut the liver into small pieces. Add bay leaf to the saucepan and add liver. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and simmer for another fifteen minutes until the liver is ready.
