Turkey Paprikash with Sweet and Spicy Paprika Sauce

Fragrant, spicy paprikash is a classic of Hungarian cuisine. An important component of paprikash, as you might guess, is paprika — a sweet red pepper that gives the dish a reddish color and a pleasant aroma. Paprikash has a very tasty sauce. Thanks to tomatoes and bell peppers, it has a sweet and sour taste, softened by sour cream. Stewed in sauce, white turkey meat is tender and flavorful. Traditionally, paprikash is served with dumplings or pasta. But this juicy and satisfying dish can be complemented with any side dish.
