If you cook kaurdak in a cauldron, this dish will turn out even tastier, but a cauldron can easily replace a thick-bottomed saucepan.

In winter, you can take frozen vegetables, cut into pieces and frozen in containers, prepared in the summer. If there are no such preparations, you can use tomato paste.
