Carrot 100 g
Bulb onions 100 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Salted cucumbers 3 pc

Cut the smoked ribs into portions.

Peel the onion and thinly cut into quarter rings. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes, rinse it and your knife with cold water.

Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Cut the cucumbers into half rings.
