Potato 6 pc
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 30 g
Dry spices to taste

How to stew potatoes with minced meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat or you can take an assortment of two types. I will cook it with minced pork. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them to remove dirt.

Peel and rinse the onions and carrots. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil onto it. Then add chopped onions and carrots. Fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.

Next, place the prepared minced meat into the frying pan. Fry it with vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add tomato paste to the minced meat, stir and simmer everything together for another 3-5 minutes so that the tomato paste begins to saturate the meat.

Meanwhile, cut the peeled potatoes into small pieces.

Place the prepared potatoes in a frying pan with the minced meat. Mix everything and cover with a lid. Simmer the potatoes with minced meat for 15-20 minutes over low heat. You can add a little water so that the potatoes donʼt start to burn.
