Smoked ribs (pork) 500 g
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

How to stew potatoes with smoked meats? Very simple! Prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. You can complement the dish with vegetables and spices to your liking.

Rinse the pork ribs. If you have smoked ribs in one piece, cut them into individual segments. The store often sells already cut ribs, but there is practically no meat on them.

Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes. If the potatoes are small, you can leave them whole. New potatoes are great for this dish; they need to be scraped with a knife to remove the thin outer skin.

Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.

Cut the onion into small cubes.
