Step 1
How to fry potatoes with mushrooms in a frying pan with sour cream? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. I have boiled porcini mushrooms, but you can use any other mushrooms, for example, champignons. There is no need to cook them. Can be used immediately for frying. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water to remove dirt. Sour cream can be of any fat content.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop.

Step 3

Step 3
For frying, take a comfortable deep frying pan. Heat it until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add finely chopped onion and fry it for a minute until transparent and a characteristic aroma appears.

Step 4

Step 4
Then place the mushrooms in the pan and mix them with the onions. Fry for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
Cut the peeled potatoes into strips or slices. Place the potatoes in the pan. Continue frying for another 10 minutes. You don’t have to cover the lid so that the potatoes don’t start to crumble.

Step 6

Step 6
In a separate glass, mix sour cream with water and pour over the potatoes. Add a little salt and spices to the pan to taste. Stir. cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes more.
