Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Chilli 0.5 pc
Olive oil 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Water 300 ml
Mushrooms 60 g
Chicken fillet 200 g
Cherry tomatoes 4 pc
Shrimps 5 pc
Heavy cream 2 tbsp
Lemongrass 25 g

Letʼs first prepare a piece of meat that will go into the broth.

Put water in a saucepan and boil the breast in this case. In the meantime, letʼs prepare the shrimp. To do this, defrost them; if they are frozen, clean them.

Letʼs cut the mushrooms. Divide the medium ones into quarters, small ones into halves, and very large ones into 6-8 parts.

Letʼs prepare the seasoning. First, grind the chili and garlic in a convenient way.

Then put it all in a saucepan with oil and fry, stirring, and after 5 minutes add finely chopped lemongrass. Fry for another 5 minutes (be sure to stir!).

Pour in the prepared broth. As soon as it boils, add the peeled shrimp and mushrooms to the saucepan, and then after 5 minutes, without chopping, add the cherry tomatoes. Cook over medium heat for another 5-10 minutes (depending on the size of the cherry tomatoes).

At the end, dilute 0.5 tsp in the broth. tamarid paste and pour into a saucepan with lemon juice. As soon as the soup boils, you can turn it off. If you want a richer taste and a nice texture, add a couple of tablespoons of cream at the end of cooking and simmer for a minute.
