For the meatballs:

Pork 250 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Eggs 1 pc
Milk 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp

For the borscht:

Water 1.5 l
White beans 60 g
Potato 2 pc
Beet 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
White cabbage 200 g
Tomato paste 1 tbsp
Garlic 3 clove
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Peppercorns 6 pc
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Bay leaf 1 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp

To submit:

Dill 10 g
Sour cream 100 g

Pre-soak the beans in cold water overnight, drain and boil until tender.

Grate the beets on a coarse grater.

Simmer the beets in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, vinegar and tomato paste until tender. Add a little water if necessary.
