Garlic 1 clove
Tomatoes 150 g

How to cook soup with smoked pork ribs? First, prepare the necessary products. You can replace or supplement the vegetable part to your liking. The amount of vegetables in the soup is indicated approximately; you can change the proportions to your taste. You can replace rice with vermicelli, noodles or other cereals, for example, millet or buckwheat, or you can add nothing at all.

Cut the smoked ribs into segments. You can replace the ribs with other pork meat, with or without the bone, such as shoulder, neck or leg.

Peel the potatoes and cut into medium cubes.

Peel the carrots and cut into circles or semicircles. If desired, you can change the cutting method.

Wash the tomato and cut into cubes. Fresh tomatoes in this recipe can be replaced with canned tomatoes in their own juice, tomato paste or ketchup.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. If you or your children donʼt like onions, you can omit them altogether, or better yet, add a whole onion instead of chopped ones. It will boil down and give up its juice to the broth. At the very end you can throw it away.

Wash the dill, dry and finely chop. If you wish, you can replace or supplement with other herbs, for example, parsley, cilantro, green onions, or use a mixture of different herbs.

Add chopped tomatoes and a garlic clove passed through a press. Boil, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.

At the end of the soup, add salt and pepper. Add chopped dill.

Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid and let the soup simmer for about 10 minutes. Then pour into plates and serve. Bon appetit!
