Wonderful soup with sea cocktail! Tasty, healthy, satisfying! I saw this recipe on the Internet and since then it has been one of my family’s favorite soups. It’s not difficult to prepare, the result is pleasing!

Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 3 clove
Tomatoes 1 pc
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water (boiling water) 0.5 l
Bulb onions 1 pc
bell pepper 1 pc
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Saffron 1 tsp
Basil 1 tsp
Tomato juice 0.35 l
Herbal mixture (Provencal herbs) to taste
Seafood Cocktail 250 g
Cayenne pepper to taste

Recipe instructions

Chop garlic and onions

Squeeze the juice from the lemon. Preparing the spices

We wash the cocktail with freshly boiled water. Let it drain, put it in a saucepan, add hot water (0.5 liters), bring to a boil and leave for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, fry the garlic in a minimum amount of oil.

Add onion to the garlic, fry and add to the pan with seafood

Lightly fry the tomato and bell pepper and add to the pan

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to 350 ml of tomato juice and add to the saucepan. Add salt, pepper, spices. Cook for 5 minutes from the moment of boiling.

Beat 1 egg and pour into a saucepan
