The delicious aroma of smoked ribs and beans whets your appetite. A very tasty and nutritious soup is made with beans. It is not difficult to prepare, and it looks much more appetizing than, for example, pea. But there is one caveat: the beans must be pre-processed until half cooked. However, any housewife can handle this. The beans need to be soaked for 4-5 hours, and then cooked for 30 minutes — 1 hour (I test for softness), and then drain the water and put the half-cooked beans in the soup and bring to readiness, along with the rest of the vegetables. You can use canned beans in this recipe.

Rinse the beans, add water and let them swell for 4-5 hours. Then boil until half cooked. You can use it in a multicooker — put it in a bowl, add water and set the “Soup” program, set the time to 40 minutes. But it is better to test the beans for softness during the cooking process; when they are almost soft, turn off the multicooker and drain the water. Place the beans in a separate bowl.

Peel the carrots and grate them. Peel and chop the onion.
