Slow Cooker Smoked Rib and Bean Soup Recipe
The delicious aroma of smoked ribs and beans whets your appetite. A very tasty and nutritious soup is made with beans. It is not difficult to prepare, and it looks much more appetizing than, for example, pea. But there is one caveat: the beans must be pre-processed until half cooked. However, any housewife can handle this. The beans need to be soaked for 4-5 hours, and then cooked for 30 minutes — 1 hour (I test for softness), and then drain the water and put the half-cooked beans in the soup and bring to readiness, along with the rest of the vegetables. You can use canned beans in this recipe.
