How to make noodle soup with chicken broth? Simply and easily! Prepare all the ingredients you will need for the recipe. Any part of the chicken is suitable for making a rich, clear broth. This time I have a soup set and a ham. So, wash the chicken.

Place the chicken, previously cut into portions, into a pan of suitable size. Wash the onion thoroughly, but do not peel it. Rinse the parsley. Add onion and a few sprigs of parsley to the chicken. Fill everything with cold water. How much water should I use? I took 2l. You can add more or less depending on how thick you want the soup to be.

Bring to a vigorous boil. The process produces a thick foam. Remove it with a spoon. Reduce the stove flame to minimum, cover the pan with a lid and simmer everything together for about 60 minutes. During the cooking process, some liquid evaporates; if necessary, add a little boiling water. I donʼt usually do this.

Peel the carrots and rinse. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater or cut them by hand. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the carrots until golden brown. Donʼt forget to stir the carrots so they donʼt burn.
