How to cook chicken soup with eggs? First, prepare all the ingredients. Wash vegetables, eggs, herbs thoroughly and dry. Peel the potatoes and carrots. Take filtered water. Instead of noodles, you can use any other pasta or rice. Clean the chicken, wash it, dry it.

Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Place the chicken, cut into portions, into boiling water and cook until done, skimming off the foam periodically. Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes. Add the potatoes to the broth once the chicken is cooked.

While the potatoes are cooking, start frying. To do this, chop the green onions.

Grate the carrots on a medium or coarse grater. You can cut it into bars or strips if you wish.
