Rice 2 tbsp
Potato 2 pc
Bay leaf 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Minced meat 400 g
Mushrooms 100 g
Greenery to taste

I am preparing the necessary products. I make minced meat from pork and beef in advance. Salt, season with pepper and stir.

I cut the carrots into strips.

Potatoes in medium cubes.

I cut the mushrooms into cubes, cut the onion into small cubes. I wash the rice well several times.
