Basic:

Tomatoes 1 pc
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Water 1.5 l
Potato 3 pc
Parsley 1 g
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Processed cheese pc
Sorrel 150 g
Stew 150 g

Recipe instructions

First you need to place the cheese in the freezer, so it will be easier to grate it. Cut the tomato crosswise, pour boiling water over it, hold for three minutes and remove the skin. Wash the onion and carrots, finely chop the onion, grate the carrots. In a frying pan in oil, fry the onion until transparent, add the carrots and fry, stirring for 3 minutes. Then cut the tomato into small cubes and add to the onion and carrots, fry for 5 minutes.

Wash and peel the potatoes, cut into slices, add water and place on the stove. As soon as it boils, remove the foam, add vegetables and stew, stir and cook until the potatoes are ready.

Sort out the sorrel, wash and chop as desired, and do the same with the parsley. Grate the frozen cheese. Break an egg into a bowl. Add the cheese into the pan in several additions, stirring each time, add the sorrel, add the egg (I don’t shake it, but rather try to be careful so that it doesn’t spread), boil for three minutes, add salt and pepper.
