Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Butter 1 tbsp
Water 3 l
Milk (or cream) 150 g
Potato 6 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Greenery 1 g
Processed cheese 2 g
Bouillon cube (chicken or mushroom) 4 pc
Dried mushrooms (2 handfuls) 100 g

Recipe instructions

Soak the mushrooms in warm water for several hours until soft.

Add bouillon cubes, mushrooms, potatoes cut into small cubes, a handful of carrots cut into strips into boiling water.

In a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and butter, fry the remaining carrots and onions cut into half rings.

When the potatoes are cooked, add processed cheese (grated on a coarse grater). Stirring, let it dissolve.
