Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Potato 5 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Champignon 200 g
Beans 1 cup
Rack of pork ribs 400 g

Recipe instructions

Rinse the beans and soak in cold water overnight. Then drain the water, add 1 liter of clean water and boil for about 1 hour (the cooking time for beans depends on their type).

Wash the pork ribs, cut into portions and fry in a frying pan. A fatty rib usually cooks itself. But if the rib is not fatty, then add any fat to the pan.

Add the fried ribs to the beans and let them cook until done.

In the same frying pan where the ribs were fried, add diced onion, grated carrots and finely chopped mushrooms. Fry over low heat until the mushrooms become soft.

When the beans and ribs are ready, add the chopped potatoes. Salt, pepper and add oregano.
