Quick and Delicious Dumpling Soup
Simple and quick to prepare, but very tasty! Soup with dumplings, one of my favorite soups. Not to mention that it turns out very tasty, it cooks very quickly. When there is a shortage of time, when you come home tired from work, dumplings come to the rescue. Of course, the soup is the MOST DELICIOUS with chicken broth, but you can make it vegetable, with mushrooms, but I don’t recommend using fish broth, of course this is purely for my taste. The dough is made very quickly, mix the ingredients and it is ready. There is no need to shape the dumplings into the soup; you just pinch them off with your hands or a spoon dipped in cold water. To prepare the soup quickly, the main thing is to have broth on hand, fry the vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers), add spices and season with dumplings. The soup is ready.
