Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Nutmeg 0.5 tsp
Water 1 l
Potato 2 pc
Carrot 5 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Lemons 0.5 pc
Ground red pepper to taste
Ginger powder 0.5 tsp

Peel and finely chop the onion. Turn on the multicooker to the “Frying” mode (or “Baking” depending on the multicooker model). Pour sunflower oil, add onion, ginger, nutmeg and pepper and fry for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes.

Pour the vegetables into a bowl, fill with water, add salt and turn on the multicooker to the “Stew” mode, time 30 minutes.

After the program is completed, add lemon juice and puree the soup using a blender.
