Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 5 pc
Salt to taste
Zira 0.5 tsp
Potato 10 pc
Bay leaf 3 pc
Parsley to taste
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 2.5 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Minced meat (50/50 pork + beef) 700 g
Paprika 1 tsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Dill to taste
Ground pepper mixture to taste
Parboiled rice 120 g

Recipe instructions

We prepare the necessary products and spices for making soup, peel the potatoes, peel the bell peppers and remove the stems of the tomatoes.

Cut two and a half onions into half rings.

After chopping some of the chopped onion, place it in a bowl with minced meat, add salt and a mixture of peppers to taste.

Add half a glass of steamed rice to prepared or purchased minced pork, beef and onions.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl until smooth.

Form meatballs with wet hands and place them in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil.

Fry the meatballs until golden brown on each of both sides.

Cut one peeled bell pepper into arbitrary pieces.

Chop two cloves of garlic into small pieces.

Cut five tomatoes into random, but not very small pieces.

Transfer the fried meatballs to a deep frying pan or suitable container and add the potatoes cut into large pieces.

Pour boiling water over the meatballs and potatoes and, covering the frying pan with a lid, turn on the stove at a temperature slightly higher than average.

Place the grated and chopped vegetables into the preheated second frying pan.

Mix all the ingredients well in a frying pan and fry, monitoring the process for about ten minutes.

After ten minutes, add one teaspoon of paprika and half a teaspoon of cumin to the vegetables in the pan and continue to fry for a while.
