Dough:

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Place rabbit back or brisket in water and boil until tender.

While the meat is cooking, prepare the noodles. Break an egg into a cup, pour water, salt and add vegetable oil.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet.
