Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Garlic 2 clove
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Water (or vegetable broth) 1 l
Potato 2 pc
Parsley (2-3 branches) 15 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Zucchini 2 pc

Prepare the ingredients. To prepare dietary zucchini soup we will need: drinking water or pre-cooked vegetable broth (from onions and carrots with the addition of celery), zucchini, potatoes, herbs, onions, garlic, olive oil, ground black pepper and salt.

Wash the zucchini, cut off the vegetable and cut into several circles. They will be needed to decorate the finished dish.

Cut the rest of the zucchini into semicircles.
