How to make borscht with chicken, pampushki and garlic? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wash the meat and cut it into portions or leave it as a whole piece, and after cooking, cut it into small pieces. Rinse again, add water in a saucepan and put on fire. When the broth boils, skim off the foam, add peppercorns and bay leaves, and cook the meat over medium heat. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables for the borscht.

Wash the potatoes in running water with a brush, peel, rinse and cut into cubes or in any other way you are familiar with.

Wash the beets in running water with a brush, peel, rinse and cut into thin strips or cubes.

How to make dough for delicious garlic donuts? Pour water heated to 36 degrees into a bowl. Add a teaspoon of sugar and dry yeast to the water. Stir and leave for 5 — 10 minutes. A foamy cap should appear, if not, then you need to use other yeast. Next, add salt, vegetable oil and sifted wheat flour. Knead into an elastic, smooth dough. Perhaps it will take a little less or more flour.

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them into balls slightly larger than a walnut. Place the dough balls into a mold greased with butter, leaving a small distance between them.
