Ingredients (10 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Water 3 l
Pepper to taste
Eggs (boiled) 3 pc
Potato 500 g
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Parsley 1 g
Bulb onions (medium bulb) 1 pc
Dill 1 g
Sorrel (small bunch) 1 pc
Pork neck 600 g

We collect all the ingredients together. Donʼt forget to boil the eggs first and prepare pepper and salt for seasoning.

We do not cut the meat very finely.

We send the chopped pork to boil in three liters of water. Cook after boiling for half an hour.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and onions. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, leaving the onion whole.

Finely chop the parsley and dill.

We also chop the sorrel — right along with the stems.

Remove the meat from the broth and add potatoes and onions.
