How to cook creamy soup with cream cheese and chicken? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take fresh bread or a loaf to make croutons for the soup; in combination with them, the dish will turn out more satisfying and tastier. Rinse the chicken fillet (I took homemade chicken meat), cover it with cold water and cook in a saucepan on the fire.

Wash and peel the carrots well, then grate or cut into strips. Peel the onion and chop into small cubes.

Make the fry by first melting the butter in a frying pan and then adding chopped carrots and onions.

After washing the potatoes, peel them and cut them into small cubes or short strips.

After 15 minutes of boiling, remove the meat from the pan to cool slightly. Add chopped potatoes, bay leaves and peppercorns to the broth, add salt.

While the soup is cooking, make the croutons, cut the bread into small slices, you can also make them into cubes, choose the cutting method that is familiar to you.

Heat a frying pan with butter on the fire and add sliced bread, add salt and favorite spices to taste. Fry the croutons over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent them from burning. Remove the finished croutons from the heat and transfer to a separate plate to cool.

Cut the cooled chicken fillet into portions and send it along with the roast to cook further in the soup.

Grate the processed cheese or cut it into thin strips for faster dissolution and add to the soup 5 minutes before it is ready.
