Salt 1 tbsp
Water 3 l
Potato 3 pc
Bay leaf 2 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Buckwheat 0.5 cup
Peppercorns to taste
Dill 1 g
Chicken fillet 250 g
Sunflower oil (for frying) 10 ml

First, letʼs prepare all the ingredients.

We peel the fillet and cut it into small pieces.
