Is it possible to refuse cold, refreshing tomato soup? The gazpacho recipe has been around for many, many centuries, but it still remains one of the favorite dishes in different countries. Well, what can you do if itʼs so tasty?

Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 8 clove
Tomatoes 4 pc
Olive oil 0.25 cup
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
bell pepper (red) 2 pc
cucumbers (big) 1 pc
Tomato juice 5 cup
Tabasco 0.5 tsp
Red wine vinegar 0.25 cup

Recipe instructions

Without peeling, fry the garlic cloves in a frying pan over medium heat, without oil, for 10 minutes until they become soft. After this, remove from heat and let the garlic cool.

Cut vegetables into small pieces.

When the garlic has cooled, peel it.

Grind the garlic and tomatoes in a blender and transfer the finished paste into a bowl, freeing the blender for the next products.

Grind cucumbers and peppers. Grind them into small pieces, but not to a puree. Mix all the ground vegetables in one bowl, pour in tomato juice. Add spices, olive oil and vinegar, as well as Tabasco if desired.

Let the soup sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve very tasty with croutons and crackers, avocado slices and chopped eggs.
