Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make steamed dumplings in a slow cooker? Prepare your food. Sift the flour.

Step 2

Step 2
Break 2 eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Step 3
Beat lightly with a fork.

Step 4

Step 4
Add water and stir lightly with a fork.

Step 5

Step 5
Add the sifted flour and stir first with a fork, then with your hands.

Step 6

Step 6
Knead the dough and check the consistency. Remember that you may need less or more flour, you can read more about this in the article, the link to it is at the end of the recipe. The dough should be soft and pliable.

Step 7

Step 7
Form the finished dough into a ball and let it rest for 30 minutes. My filling is cherries in their own juice. I drained the juice and will only use the berries. You can use the juice to make wonderful jelly for dumplings.

Step 8

Step 8
Cut a piece of the dough, put the rest under the towel again so that it does not dry out. The dough is very pliable, so I practically didn’t use flour for dusting. On the table, roll out the dough into a layer. Not very subtle.

Step 9

Step 9
Use a glass to cut out the blanks.

Step 10

Step 10
Place a spoonful of berries and a little sugar on each piece for sweetness.

Step 11

Step 11
Seal the edges of the dumpling.

Step 12

Step 12
Also shape all the dumplings. At this stage, you can freeze some of the dumplings and cook them whenever you want. I cooked right away.

Step 13

Step 13
Grease the steamer basket very lightly with vegetable oil so that the dumplings do not stick to the bowl. Pour water into the multicooker according to the instructions for your appliance. Place the steamer in the multicooker bowl, select the “steam” program for 15 minutes, close the lid and turn on. If you don’t have a multicooker, cook in a double boiler or boil in salted water until tender. Read about the intricacies of working with a multicooker in the article, link at the end of the recipe.

Step 14

Step 14
When the signal beeps about the end of the program, the dumplings are ready.

Step 15

Step 15
Serve the dumplings hot. Very tasty with sour cream. You can prepare dumplings with any fillings.

Step 16

Step 16
Bon appetit!
