Mushrooms can be anything: all-season (champignons, oyster mushrooms), and seasonal forest mushrooms (boletus, boletus, porcini). You can also use frozen mushrooms, but they must first be thawed first in the refrigerator and then at room temperature. And be sure to drain all the liquid. The cheese can also be anything. Turn on the oven at 180C.

Peel the onion and cut into cubes. To prevent onions from stinging your eyes when slicing, wash them and your knife with cold water.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. It can be any vegetable: sunflower, corn, olive, but the main thing is that it must be refined. This is the only oil you can use for frying.
