Ingredients (8 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 4 clove
Salt to taste
Water 1 cup
Pepper to taste
Parsley 5 g
Carrot 1 pc
White cabbage 700 g
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 50 ml
Salted cucumbers 2 pc
Dill 5 g
Mutton (The meat can be any kind, depending on your tastes) 500 g

Recipe instructions

We washed and peeled the vegetables for the dish.

We chop the meat, but not finely, to preserve the taste.

Place the lamb in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil, fry the meat until golden brown.

Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the skin and cut into cubes.

Chop the onion head.

Add onion to lightly fried meat.

Chop the carrots and add them to the meat, cook until soft.

Add a glass of water, cover with a lid and simmer for 35 minutes.

Finely chop the cabbage.

Chop the garlic, herbs and pickles.

Add tomatoes and cucumbers to the stew.

Let the added vegetables boil, immediately add the cabbage and pour in a glass of brine. Simmer for 30 minutes with the lid closed at low temperature.
