Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Egg yolks 2 pc
Sour cream 3 tbsp
Zucchini 1 pc
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sea salt to taste
Pike (3 pieces with caviar!) 900 g
Couscous 4 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Clean the pike, gut it (carefully remove the eggs), remove the gills. Rinse the fish.

Add caviar, 2 yolks, salt and mix well.

Pour boiling water over the couscous so that the water completely covers it. Let stand for 2-3 minutes (it will swell) and cool slightly.

Place the couscous into the belly of the fish.

Secure the belly with toothpicks. Place sour cream and soy sauce in a bowl, mix well, add salt to taste. Coat the fish with soy-sour cream sauce. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silicone mat. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 degrees

Cut the zucchini into thin slices.

Grill in a frying pan without adding oil. Lightly add salt.

Place the finished pike on a board, cut into portions, and wrap in zucchini. Serve with soy sour cream sauce.
