Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry rice with corn and egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Corn can be fresh, canned or frozen. There is no need to defrost it in advance. Take steamed long grain rice. It does not boil over and turns out crumbly.

Step 2

Step 2
Rice must be boiled in advance. To do this, rinse it several times in cold water, and then put it in boiling salted water and cook for 20-30 minutes, following the information on its packaging. The rice should become soft. Place the finished rice in a colander to drain all the hot water.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the onion and chop finely. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped onion for a couple of minutes until transparent.

Step 4

Step 4
Then add the corn to the pan. Frozen corn will defrost on its own while frying in a hot pan. Warm the corn and onions for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5

Step 5
In a separate bowl, beat the egg. If desired, you can take 2 or 3 eggs.

Step 6

Step 6
Pour the egg into the pan with the corn and mix everything together. During mixing, the eggs will have time to fry.

Step 7

Step 7
Place boiled rice in the pan. Pass the garlic through a press and pour in the soy sauce. Mix all the ingredients together and heat well over the fire for 3-5 minutes, remembering to stir.
