Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make homemade fried dumplings with eggs in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients for the dish. Start by preparing the dumpling dough. Pour the sifted wheat flour into a deep bowl and make a small well in the center. Beat a chicken egg into a bowl of flour, add salt and pour in vegetable oil.

Step 2

Step 2
Knead the dough, first stir the dough with a spoon.

Step 3

Step 3
Once the dough comes together, turn it out onto a floured work surface. Using your hands, knead into an elastic, smooth dough. Be prepared that you may need more or less flour than indicated in the recipe. Focus not on the amount of flour, but on the desired consistency of the dough. Read about flour at the end of the recipe. Place the dough in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. By resting in a cool place, the dough will become more manageable when working.

Step 4

Step 4
While the dough is resting, prepare the minced meat for the dumplings. The dumplings will be tastier and juicier with a meat filling made from a mixture of beef and pork. To obtain a more dietary dish, you can use poultry (chicken or turkey) as a meat filling.

Step 5

Step 5
Minced meat can be purchased ready-made from a trusted manufacturer or made from fresh meat yourself. In a bowl with minced meat, add finely chopped onions, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the meat mixture is homogeneous in consistency; to make the minced meat juicier, add a couple of tablespoons of water and mix again.

Step 6

Step 6
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and divide it into several parts. Roll each piece of dough into a thin sausage and cut it into small pieces. Roll each piece into a small flat cake. To speed up the process of preparing dumplings, you can roll out all the dough into a thin layer and use a glass to cut out blanks for dumplings.

Step 7

Step 7
Place a teaspoon of minced meat in the center of each dough flatbread, seal the edges of the dough, roll it to form a neat dumpling.

Step 8

Step 8
Place a pan of water on the stove and add a little salt. When the water boils, dip the dumplings into it. Stir immediately to prevent them from sticking to the bottom. Cook the dumplings for about 10 minutes, remove them with a slotted spoon.

Step 9

Step 9
In a separate bowl, beat the chicken egg with a pinch of salt and a pinch of ground black pepper. Pour vegetable oil into the frying pan. Turn on the fire. How to choose a frying pan and oil for frying, read articles on these topics. There are links at the end of this recipe.

Step 10

Step 10
Place dumplings on oil. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. Pour the egg mixture over the dumplings and simmer, covered, for about three minutes. Serve the dish with fresh herbs and vegetables. Bon appetit!
