For pancakes::

Eggs 5 pc
Milk 5 tbsp
Salt to taste

For filling::

Minced meat 350 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Dry spices to taste
Vegetable oil 30 g

For lazy brizols, first prepare the filling. To do this, place the required amount of minced meat in a spacious bowl. Peel the onion and chop finely using a sharp knife. Add chopped onion to the minced meat.

Add cheese. grated on a medium grater. Add salt and spices to taste.

Mix all the filling well until smooth and, right in the bowl, divide into 5 equal parts.

In another bowl, combine eggs with milk and salt. Whisk lightly until mixture is well combined. This amount of egg mixture is just enough for 5 pancakes.

Add a little vegetable oil to a hot frying pan and pour a ladle of egg mixture. Over medium heat, fry the pancakes on one side until golden brown.

Then remove the pancake onto a plate, place the prepared meat filling on it and spread over the entire surface. Roll the spring roll into a roll.

Grease the prepared baking pan with vegetable oil and place all the rolls. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. Cut the finished rolls into pieces and serve as a snack. Bon appetit!
