Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Wheat flour 55 g
Bananas 2 pc
Eggs 2 pc
Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Peel the bananas, break them into several pieces and place in a deep bowl. Using a fork, mash the bananas into a puree (you can also use an immersion or regular blender or a puree masher). Add eggs and a pinch of salt to the bananas.

Mix everything well.

Scoop out our dough with a ladle and pour the mixture into the frying pan.

Distribute the dough in the pan to form a large pancake (it should not be thin).

Cook the pancake for one minute and then turn it over.
