Parsley (or dill) to taste
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Lemons 0.5 pc
Sea bass 600 g

Cut the lemon into thin semicircles.

Sea bass, previously cleaned of scales, fins and tail, is washed well. We remove the black film inside the abdomen. Rub each fish with salt and coat with vegetable oil. Use spices if desired.

Cover the baking sheet with foil. We lay out the fish, make 4 transverse cuts on top of each carcass. Insert a slice of lemon into each. Finely chop the parsley, sprinkle it on top of the fish and put it in the bellies. Wrap the foil well and secure the edges tightly.

Bake the perch at 180 degrees. about 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil and leave for another 5-7 minutes so that the fish browns a little. Serve the perch hot with mashed potatoes or fresh or stewed vegetables.
