To prepare the dough, take a large grater and a large bowl, then grate seven hundred grams of seasonal zucchini into the bowl, then break two chicken eggs into it, add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Pour three hundred grams of premium wheat flour, previously sifted through a fine sieve, into a bowl with grated zucchini and chicken eggs.
