Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour 160 g
Water 400 ml
Vanillin 1 tsp
Baking powder 6 g
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Powdered milk 50 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pancakes from powdered milk? Measure out all foods. Take warm water. The rest of the products should also be at room temperature. Sift the flour through a fine sieve into a deep and wide bowl. This will saturate it with oxygen and make it more airy.

Step 2

Step 2
Add powdered milk and remaining dry ingredients to the flour. Mix everything well.

Step 3

Step 3
Make a well in the flour mixture. And pour half the volume of water into it in parts, while kneading the dough.

Step 4

Step 4
Knead the dough using the convenient tools you have — a fork, a blender, a whisk, a mixer.

Step 5

Step 5
Beat an egg into the dough. Stir it until smooth. The dough should end up very soft.

Step 6

Step 6
Gradually add the remaining water to the dough and add 0.5 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything. You can let the dough sit for about 10 minutes. During this time, turn on the stove and heat the frying pan. Keep in mind that more or less water may be needed — use the type of dough as a guide.

Step 7

Step 7
Grease the heated frying pan with a cotton swab, dipping it into the oil — and do this every time. Then pour the dough with a ladle, tilting the pan in the desired direction. Fry the pancakes for two minutes on both sides over high heat.

Step 8

Step 8
Place each pancake on a wide plate — either in a slide or rolling them at your discretion.
