Beer-Infused Pancakes

Donʼt let the beer in the dough bother you — it turns out delicious! You can use both light and dark beer. I used dark so that the pancakes would have a darker, richer color. The taste of beer is noticeable in the pancakes, but not much. But thanks to it, you get very beautiful holes in the finished pancakes.
