How to make buckwheat with fish in the oven? First, prepare the products according to the list. Instead of sour cream, you can use mayonnaise, you can also take your favorite spices and seasonings. Thaw the pollock fillet first on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Wash the pollock fillet, dry and cut into medium pieces, then rub with salt and pepper, leave for 10 minutes.

Peel the onion, wash and cut into small pieces. To prevent the onion from stinging your eyes when slicing, rinse it and the knife with cold water.
