Bun (Two sandwich buns) 200 g

Prepare the sauce. Mix mayonnaise with mustard, you can add spices, such as paprika, dried tomatoes, suneli hops, ground black pepper, Provençal herbs, or you can not add them — it’s a matter of taste. You can chop the herbs and garlic and add to the sauce, also to taste.

Wash the lettuce leaves and dry well.

Cut the buns lengthwise and heat them on both sides in a grill pan or in a regular frying pan until golden brown; no need to add oil. You can use a toaster.

Brush the bottom halves of the buns with sauce.

Prepare chicken fillet in any way: boiled, baked or fried. I fried both sides in special frying sheets with spices for 7 minutes on each side, and first beat off pieces of fillet to the size of the buns to a thickness of one and a half centimeters.

Cut the tomatoes and cheese into thin slices and place on top of the fillet. It is better to choose tomatoes for sandwiches that are not watery. I also added a little red onion, but if you don’t like onions, you don’t have to add it.
