How to bake chicken legs with apples in the oven in a sleeve? Prepare all the necessary products that are indicated in the recipe. You can use only thighs or only drumsticks, or you can divide the legs into two parts. If necessary, singe the chicken to remove any remaining feathers and wash thoroughly. Dry the legs with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Wash the apples, dry and cut into slices. Which apples are better to take? Fruits of sweet and sour-sweet varieties are ideal for the recipe. I use sweet ones more often. Place the legs and fruit in a deep container.

Peel the onions and garlic. Rinse and dry. Cut the onion into large feathers, and the garlic cloves in half or into quarters. Send to chicken with apples. Add salt to taste and all spices. The set of seasonings can be absolutely anything. Dry rosemary, a mixture of Provençal herbs, and ground black and red peppers go well together in the dish. You can use the prepared mixture for roasting poultry.

Pour in odorless vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly. Leave it this way for 10-15 minutes. Then mix everything again and distribute in an even layer in the baking sleeve. Make several punctures in the sleeve with a toothpick. This will allow hot air to escape during baking. Place the sleeve onto a sheet and then into the oven. Bake until the legs are completely cooked.

Next, carefully cut the top of the sleeve (be careful not to burn yourself!), Place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes to brown the top. Done, serve hot!
