Juicy Baked Chicken Breast

Fragrant, appetizing, juicy, for a snack and for sandwiches! Baked chicken breast prepared according to this recipe is not dry at all, since it is baked for only half an hour. This time is enough for the meat to be cooked but still juicy and soft. This boiled pork is an excellent substitute for sausage.

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make boiled pork from chicken breast? Prepare your food. For this recipe, it is better to take fresh meat, not frozen, otherwise the finished boiled pork risks turning out dry. Choose small breasts — too large ones may not have time to cook. Or increase the cooking time if the pieces are large.

Step 2

Step 2
Take a flat plate and pour salt and all the spices on it. You can change their set to your liking. I advise you to definitely take paprika — it will give the finished meat a beautiful color. Along with paprika, I used chicken curry and ground black pepper. It would also be delicious to add dried garlic.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour oil onto a plate. It can also be any vegetable — from ordinary sunflower to elite olive. It is better to take refined, odorless oil, since unrefined oil can give an unpleasant aftertaste when heated. Mix the spices with the oil until it becomes a paste.

Step 4

Step 4
Wash the breasts and dry them well. Cut off any remaining bones, cartilage and fat fibers, if any. Coat each piece on all sides with a mixture of spices and oil.

Step 5

Step 5
Wrap the breasts one at a time in foil. To be on the safe side, I also wrapped the meat in one additional layer. It is important not to leave holes in the foil so that the juice does not spill out.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the wrapped meat in a suitable form and place in the oven, preheated to 180°C for 30-45 minutes. Here, focus on the features of your oven and the size of the breasts. After the allotted time, remove the pan from the oven and leave the meat, without unwrapping, until it cools completely.

Step 7

Step 7
Remove the cooled breast from the foil, wrap it in parchment and put it in the refrigerator for 2-8 hours — it will cool well and will be easier to cut. Serve the pork from the breast to the table. Bon appetit!
